Carlos is currently a Senior Behavioral Designer at BeWay, an international consultancy company specialized in applied behavioral science for business. He’s a Social Psychologist graduate from the PUCP university in Perú and a has an MBA from Centrum Business school and EADA university in Spain. In his career, he’s had the opportunity to build and manage the first Behavioral Science team in an insurance company in Perú and also manages his own brand for teaching about Behavioral Design called Behavioral Pills.
